France: Cybersecurity

June 4-8 Global Ties was proud to host a group from France here to collaborate on best practices in Cybersecurity. Part of this group’s purpose was to be introduced to a variety of institutions devoted to cybersecurity, securing intellectual property, promoting privacy, and cyber policy formulation, study federal, state and local government initiatives to promote cybersecurity and counter breaches. The group met not only with legislators on policies and laws but attended the Cybersecurity summit in Huntsville.

It clarified and explained U.S. cybersecurity and cyber defense policies and international cooperation in these spaces and the role of the U.S. public and private sectors in countering disinformation and the nature of public-private partnerships that support that objective.
