From November 30-Dec.3, Global Ties Alabama, along with the Institute of International Education (IIE), hosted 82 Fulbright Scholars from around the world for an Enrichment Seminar, apart of the Bureau of Educational & Cultural Affairs. The theme for the seminar was “The New South: Visions, Voices and Change Agents.” The scholars had a chance to experience the old and new south, while touring downtown Montgomery and visiting Selma, AL.

Below are pictures from this exciting event, as well as a videos from Congresswomen Martha Roby and Terry Sewell of Montgomery, Alabama, as they welcome the scholars to the historic city.
