Founded by the United States Department of State, the Young Leaders of Americas Initiative empowers rising business and social entrepreneurs from across the world. Launched in 2015, YLAI helps entrepreneurs from Latin America, The Caribbean, and Canada engage in an annual fellowship and active online networking opportunity. The annual program fosters the growth of 280 young business owners from over 37 countries! Participants will learn about business development and democratic values by attending U.S. Embassy and Consulate held activities. This program specifically targets young people especially women while empowering them to transform their communities.
