The Open World Program enables 29,000 current and future leaders from Eastern European Countries of the former Soviet Union. Career launching introductions are made and relationships are formed during this annual program. Open World focuses on interacting with Members of Congress, other Congressional Staff, and many delegates that are direct professional counterparts. While conducting this international exchange, Open World ensures that visitors learn the United States’ democratic values while giving them the proper tools to build prosperous societies.
